Bridgeshire Packaging is a family-run business with over 25 years experience, specialising in packaging and display design and manufacturing. The company works with some of the most prestigious high street names, providing three-dimensional cardboard POS, CDUs, FSDUs, Pallet Displays and more.
Bridgeshire needed their website to improve potential client engagement - the current site had become outdated and was no longer functioning as an effective digital marketing tool. Our key goals were to improve user experience and reduce bounce rate, ultimately increasing website conversions.
To kick things off the team visiting the Bridgeshire Packaging factory to gain a better insight into the company values and processes. Once this had taken place, we started extensive research into local competition, design trends and industrial photography.
Our initial focus included streamlining the existing website structure and preparing a number of user journeys with wireframes. Once we established a clear understanding of the brand direction and target audience our photographer visited the site to produce professional imagery and a selection of video clips which would later be used as visuals for the new site. The short video clips highlight the technical processes and manufacturing techniques Bridgeshire use, as we believed this would help to add a dynamic element to the website and show customers exactly what Bridgeshire do.
